Trinity Hub: former Spar converted into a community centre, NW9
As a give-back to our local community, T2B converted a former Spar supermarket in NW9 into a new community centre.
After1 / 6The challenge
Transform a redundant former Spar supermarket into a welcoming, multi-use community centre for the local area — a complete change of use.
Our solution
T2B transformed the former retail unit into Trinity Hub, planning the space around café and breakout areas and a foodbank. The works brought together strip-out, electrical works, flooring, decoration and interior finishes. T2B also donated all of the furniture.
The result
A fully transformed community centre, giving the local area a valuable new space — delivered to the same standard as our commercial projects.
