Information we collect
- Details you give us through our contact form or by phone/email — typically your name, phone number, email address, organisation, role, indicative project value, project postcode, the service you are interested in, timing, how you heard about us and a description of the work you need.
- Photos you choose to upload with a quote request, such as images of the property, damage, room, workspace or area you want us to look at.
- When you submit an enquiry, a broad visit-source category (such as Google or ChatGPT) and the first public page visited during the current page session. We do not include raw referring URLs, search terms or URL query strings. This information stays in page memory until submission and resets on a full reload or new tab; it does not use cookies or browser storage.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes.
- To carry out and manage any work you ask us to do.
- To keep records of our dealings with you.
- To understand where enquiries come from and improve how we run the business.
Our legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not currently send newsletters or general marketing emails from website enquiries. If we introduce this in future, we will only do so where we have a lawful basis, and you will be able to opt out.
Uploaded photos
If you upload photos through the quote form, they are sent to T2B by email with your enquiry. They are not intentionally stored on the website server after the form is processed. Please only upload photos you have permission to share and avoid including unnecessary personal information in the image where possible.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently run website analytics or advertising trackers. Broad enquiry-source information is described above.
We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel or Hotjar. The site may use essential technologies to operate and process your enquiry. External sites such as Google reviews and social media have their own privacy practices.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted suppliers or subcontractors only where necessary to deliver the services you have requested, and with service providers who help us run our business and this website, including email and website hosting providers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries, quotes, emails and uploaded photos that do not become active work are usually kept for up to 12 months. We may keep information for longer where it is needed for an active project, customer relationship, accounting records, legal obligations, insurance matters, disputes or to protect our business.
Your rights
